The terms and conditions governing use of our website and services.

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website at betheljcleaningservices.com or engaging the cleaning services provided by Bethel J Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, or scheduling a cleaning service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are booking on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Services Description

Bethel J Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services across Florida, Tennessee, and Louisiana. Our service offerings include, but are not limited to:

  • Standard Cleaning (recurring or one-time)
  • Deep Cleaning (75-point standard)
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
  • Post-Construction Cleaning
  • Commercial and Office Cleaning
  • Airbnb / Vacation Rental Turnaround Cleaning


The specific scope of each service is outlined on our website and confirmed at the time of booking. Services are subject to availability in your area.

3. Booking, Scheduling & Cancellations

Booking Confirmation

A service appointment is confirmed only when you receive a written or verbal confirmation from Bethel J Cleaning. Submitting a quote request form does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: No charge. You may reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations with 24–48 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 25% of the agreed service cost may apply.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows: A fee of up to 50% of the agreed service cost may be charged to cover lost scheduling and labour costs.
  • Recurring service cancellations: To cancel a recurring service plan, please provide at least 7 days’ written notice to avoid additional charges.

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests made with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

In rare circumstances (e.g., staff illness, equipment failure, severe weather), we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible and prioritise rescheduling at your earliest convenience.

4. Pricing, Quotes & Payment

Quotes & Estimates

All pricing displayed on our website represents starting-rate guidance only. Final pricing is determined based on property square footage, current condition, frequency of service, service type, add-ons, and any special requirements discussed at the time of booking. A final confirmed price will be provided before service commencement.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior invoicing arrangement has been agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include: cash, cheque, credit/debit card, and Zelle.
  • Commercial clients on a recurring contract may be invoiced on a net-30 basis by prior agreement.

Late Payment

Invoices unpaid after 30 days may incur a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Price Changes

For recurring service clients, we reserve the right to adjust pricing with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice. You may cancel recurring services without penalty if you do not accept the revised pricing.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure we can deliver the best possible service, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property size, condition, and any special requirements at the time of booking.
  • Ensure the property is accessible at the agreed appointment time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to the cleaning appointment.
  • Ensure pets are secured in a safe area during the cleaning service for the safety of our team and your pets.
  • Inform us of any known hazards, including mould, pest infestations, biohazards, or structural issues. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service in unsafe conditions.
  • Notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products so we can accommodate your needs where possible.

6. Service Standards & Satisfaction Guarantee

Bethel J Cleaning is committed to delivering high-quality professional cleaning on every visit, guided by our 75-point cleaning standard for deep cleans and a detailed scope for all other services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the specific areas in question at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to a single re-clean per appointment and does not apply to:

  • Pre-existing stains, damage, or conditions that cannot be remedied by standard cleaning
  • Areas excluded from the agreed service scope
  • Dissatisfaction arising from inaccurate information provided at the time of booking
  • Complaints raised more than 24 hours after service completion

7. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Bethel J Cleaning’s total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific service appointment.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • We are not responsible for damage to items that were not properly disclosed or secured prior to service (see Section 5).
  • We carry general liability insurance and are bonded. A certificate of insurance is available upon written request.

8. Property Access & Security

When you grant Bethel J Cleaning access to your property, you confirm that you have the legal right to authorise such access. All access information (alarm codes, lockboxes, key combinations) is treated as strictly confidential and is used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed cleaning service. This information is never shared externally and is deleted from our systems upon termination of the service relationship.

9. Damage Policy

Our team takes the utmost care with your property. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during a service:

  • You must report the damage to us in writing within 48 hours of service completion, with photographs where possible.
  • We will investigate and, where we are found liable, arrange for repair or replacement of the damaged item at a fair market value, or compensation up to the value of the service.
  • We are not liable for damage to items that are pre-damaged, improperly assembled, or inherently fragile without prior disclosure.
  • Normal wear and tear is not considered damage covered under this policy.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Provide false or misleading information in booking requests
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten any member of our team
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any part of our website content without written permission
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of our website


We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Bethel J Cleaning or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a recurring service agreement with 7 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately and without notice if:

  • A client engages in threatening or abusive behaviour toward our team
  • The property presents health or safety hazards
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • These Terms are materially violated


Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due and payable.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida (or the state in which services were rendered), without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact us first at info@betheljcleaningservices.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make every effort to address your concern within 10 business days.

Binding Arbitration

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will take place in the state where services were rendered. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
